The BETULA earrings offer an unparalleled aesthetic experience. They are made from real a real birch seed pods that were collected in London near my art studio. Seed pods were dipped in liquid porcelain and fired in the kiln. During the high-temperature firing, the real plant burned away leaving only a hollow shell, that is why the earrings are very lightweight.
