This porcelain mono earring is made from real Scandinavian Beam Tree flower dipped in liquid porcelain. Scandinavian Beam Tree is valued for its tolerance of urban street conditions and I collected it in the streets of London. Sold as single, SORBUS earring fits both left and right ears. During the high-temperature firing in the kiln, the real flower burned away leaving only a hollow shell, that is why the earring is practically weightless. With this design created by nature itself, SORBUS earring is a unique piece of wearable art.
