Every piece comes with a 1-year warranty. If it gets accidentally damaged, we’ll repair it free of charge—no questions asked. No proof of purchase is needed—we always recognize our own work.

8. Can I return a piece if it’s unused?
Yes. We accept returns of unused items within 14 days. Please email us at farphoria@outlook.com to begin the process.
9. My order arrived broken. What should I do?
Please email a photo of the broken piece and packaging, along with courier details. In most cases, we’ll issue a full refund immediately.
10. Will the jewellery look exactly like the photos on the website?

11. I saw a piece on Instagram but can’t find it on your website. Can I still order it?

No. While the porcelain is food-safe, we recommend gentle hand-washing only to preserve the finish and gold/platinum detailing.
