Shipping & Delivery

FARPHORIA porcelain jewellery is handmade and carefully packed in our London studio. We primarily ship with Royal Mail, although another trusted courier may be used when appropriate for the destination.

All orders are sent using a tracked delivery service. Tracking details will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

UK — Free

Free Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 delivery is available on all UK orders.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 1–3 working days.

Europe — £12

Tracked shipping to Europe is charged at a flat rate of £12.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 5–7 working days.

Any customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.

USA — £20 or Free Over £150

Tracked shipping to the USA costs £20, with free delivery on orders over £150.

Estimated delivery after dispatch: 7–9 working days, although customs processing may occasionally cause delays. Any customs duties, import taxes or local handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Asia, the Middle East & Other International Destinations — £25

Standard tracked international shipping to Asia, the Middle East and the rest of the world costs a flat rate of £25.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing.

Free London Studio Collection

Orders can be collected free of charge by appointment from our studio in Elephant & Castle, London. Please place your order by 2pm and contact us to arrange a convenient collection time.

Delivery estimates begin from the date of dispatch and may be longer during busy periods or due to customs or courier delays.
