RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you love your FARPHORIA porcelain jewellery as much as we love creating it. However, if you change your mind, you may return an eligible piece within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Make a Return
Please email farphoria@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your name and order number. We will provide return instructions and, for UK orders, can arrange a tracked return postage label for £5 which will be deducted from your refund.
Alternatively, you may arrange your own return postage. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service, as returned items remain your responsibility until they reach us.
International customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return postage.
Return Conditions
Returned jewellery must be unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. Please take particular care when repacking delicate porcelain pieces.
Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.
Where an entire online order is returned under your statutory right to cancel, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge, where applicable. Any additional cost paid for an express or upgraded delivery service is non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you would prefer another size or style, we will be happy to arrange an exchange, subject to availability. Exchanges can also be made by appointment at our London studio.
Every FARPHORIA piece is individually handmade and one of a kind. We may therefore be unable to create an exact replacement, but we can make a unique variation inspired by the original piece. Made-to-order replacements normally take approximately 2–4 weeks, although we will always try to complete them sooner.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at farphoria@outlook.com. We will arrange a repair, replacement or refund and cover the reasonable return postage costs.
Your Statutory Rights
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights, including your rights concerning faulty or misdescribed goods and, where applicable, your right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. You can learn more about your consumer rights on the UK Government website.
