SHIPPING
Shipping is handled mainly by Royal Mail but we might also use other couriers depending on the destination or if the situation requires.
All orders will be shipped on a tracked and signed service. The tracking number will be provided and delivery takes normally 1-3 business days for the UK, 5-7 for Europe, and 7-9 days for the USA.
- COLLECT by appointment only - FREE from our studio in Elephant&Castle, London. Order by 2pm.
- Shipping UK - 24/48 Royal Mail Tracked/with signature FREE.
- Shipping Europe - flat rate £15. Any customs & duties are to be paid by the customer.
- Shipping USA and the rest of the world - flat rate £25. Any customs & duties are to be paid by the customer.
RETURNS
We really hope you love your pieces as much as we love making them. However, if for any reason you would like to return your piece then please email us at farphoria@outlook.com within 14 days of receiving and we will provide the full details of how to do so.
Our satisfaction guarantee ensures that buyers can exchange the size or style of their piece at our studio in Central London, hassle-free. No proof of payment is necessary, as each FARPHORIA creation speaks for itself in its uniqueness and quality.
As all pieces are made as only copy and each piece is totally unique, we can produce only the variation of it. Normally the replacement can be dispatched within the 2-4 week lead time but we will do our best to beat that.
Refunds will be made back to your original payment method within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods.
Customers are required to pay for return shipping and the order remains the customers responsibility until we receive it back - we therefore suggest you use a tracked postage service with insurance. Delivery charges will not be refunded.
This Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including, where applicable, your right to cancel an order placed on the website within 14 days of receipt of your order and your rights in respect of faulty or defective goods. For more information on your statutory rights, we recommend that you contact your local Citizens Advice Bureau or Trading Standards Office. If you would like to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of this decision by a clear statement, including your name, address, contact details and details of the order you wish to cancel.
