Porcelain | Real flower of Nandina | Mother of pearl | Glass | Handmade in London
Crafted from real Nandina Domestica flowers, these earrings are made using a one-of-a-kind technique developed by FARPHORIA founder and Royal College of Art artist, Xenia Busalova. Each bloom is carefully gathered, naturally dried while hanging upside down, and dipped in a bespoke liquid porcelain solution designed to capture every vein, curve, and fragile contour.
Through a meticulous, multi-step process, the flower is transformed. During high-temperature kiln firing, the organic matter is burned away, leaving behind a hollow porcelain shell that preserves the flower’s intricate structure—lightweight, ethereal, and impossible to replicate by hand.
Adorned with shimmering mother of pearl, the Blue Nandina Earring is a celebration of nature’s poetry—turning a fleeting bloom into a lasting treasure. Its soft glaze and delicate silhouette make each piece truly one-of-a-kind.
The distinctive organic, elongated shape and soft blue finish make this piece a timeless conversation starter. Elegant, artistic, and steeped in story, it elevates any look with quiet sophistication.
