Each flower is individually collected, naturally dried and carefully dipped in a specially developed liquid porcelain composition. During firing, the organic plant gently burns away, leaving behind an extraordinarily detailed hollow porcelain shell. This technically demanding process captures forms that could never be reproduced exactly by hand or with a mould.
